If you pre order an item and buy an item that is in stock, we will ship you your order minus the pre ordered item. You will not be charged for the pre ordered item until it arrives at our warehouse. Pre ordered items sometimes never make it in stock for various reasons, (This rarely occurs). If this does happen you will be notified and we will cancel your pre ordered item. FashionFlairs.com makes every effort to fill all pre orders/back orders but unexpected shortages and manufacturer's out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, customs, etc. Unfortunately, FashionFlairs.com cannot predict when such problems will occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter. How long will it take to receive my order? We ship
in stock orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed
over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most in stock orders take 2-5
business days for delivery ( Do you supply a catalog? No, because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog. What shipping method do you use? We utilize USPS Priority Service, USPS Express, USPS Global Express, and UPS Services Do you ship internationally? Yes. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the USPS Global Express Mail (Includes tracking number). Delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on customs. Please note every once in a while some orders get stuck in customs for a longer period of time. Shipping Cost Shipping cost is determined by the weight and your location. Shipping cost is automatically added to your order. You will be emailed a final confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Any changes to the cost of shipping will be included on final confirmation email.

Policy
All orders are 100% guaranteed, or your money back! We are not only confident you will be happy with your new merchandise, but also pleased with the quality, and timely manner you receive your order. credit, or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely

All returned items must be returned within 10 days from date you received your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hangtags still attached. We will not accept any return if the item has been used or damaged for any reason. Returns which are received after 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee and store credit will be issued. Return shipping is at your own expense. Fashion Flairs will not accept any returns after 30 days. If you received Free Shipping with your order and decide to make a return you will be charged a flat fee of $9.00 for the original shipping cost. All sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned. You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges. Click here to email us. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason you are returning your order. Please include invoice with return order and indicated if you want an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your credit card. Please allow 5-10 business day for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Orders that are refused, returned to sender or
never claimed from the postal service will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any order that
uses the incorrect billing address and telephone number will cause the order
to be cancelled. This is for our security and yours. You must use the correct
billing address and phone number associated with your credit card being used.
